ADAM is priced per workflow, not per seat. Nobody is charged for reading a report. What a flow costs depends on what it has to do, so the number comes out of a short conversation rather than a table.
What moves the number

Volume and cadence
A few hundred documents a month sits differently from a continuous hourly feed.

Number of document types
Each type gets its own extraction schema and its own matching rules.

Where the documents come from
Email and messaging are included. A file drop, a shared folder or an API pull is additional.

What ADAM has to produce
Reconciled rows and exception reports are core. Generating documents or writing into your system is scoped separately.
