What cookies we use

ADAM uses a deliberately minimal set of cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies, and we load no third-party scripts, tracking pixels or external fonts. Our explainer video is served from our own domain.

We also use local storage in your browser to remember interface preferences (such as layout settings). This stays on your device, contains no personal data, and is not transmitted for tracking.

Why there is no cookie banner

Under Swiss law (revFADP) and EU law (the ePrivacy rules and GDPR), prior consent is required only for non-essential cookies such as analytics and advertising. ADAM sets only a strictly-necessary cookie and one functional preference cookie with no personal data, so a consent banner is not required. We simply inform you here, which is what the law asks for in this case.

How to control cookies

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking the strictly-necessary session cookie will prevent you from signing in and using the Service.

Changes

If we ever introduce analytics, marketing or third-party embedded content, we will update this notice and, where the law requires it, introduce a consent mechanism before such cookies are set.
